- Free 30-day returns on unworn, tagged items
- Free return shipping - prepaid Australia Post label provided
- Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
- Easy exchanges - swap for a different size or colour at no extra charge
How to Return
- Email returns@gpsfitwear.com.au with your order number and reason for return
- We will email you a prepaid Australia Post return label within 24 hours
- Drop your item at any Australia Post outlet
- Refund or exchange processed within 5 business days of us receiving it
We Accept Returns For
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached
- Faulty or damaged items - no time limit
- Wrong size or colour received
- Sale items - store credit or exchange only
We Cannot Accept
- Items returned after 30 days
- Worn or washed items (unless faulty)
- Items without original tags
- Underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons
- Gift cards
Need a size urgently? Place a new order and we will refund your original item when it arrives back.
